⚙️Dapp Troubleshooting
Check Wallet and Network
Ensure that your wallet is properly connected to the DApp and that you have selected the correct network in your wallet.
Check Your Balance
Make sure you have enough cryptocurrency or tokens in your wallet to perform the intended action, including covering transaction fees.
Update and Refresh
Ensure your wallet is up to date and refresh the DApp page after clearing your browser cache.
Check Permissions and Approvals
Some DApps require you to approve them to interact with your wallet or tokens. Make sure all necessary permissions have been granted.
Review Error Messages
If you receive an error message, read it carefully. It often contains clues about what went wrong. You can search for the error message online for more detailed troubleshooting.
Security Check
Ensure there are no security threats like phishing links, fake DApps, or malware affecting your interaction. Always use DApps from trusted sources.

How much does a token cost?
Creating a Token in our platform costs 25$ (paid in crypto) and you can choose as many features as you want. Read more here.
Which chains does it support?
Currently, we support Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (Binance Smart Chain), Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and PulseChain tokens. But we are constantly adding new chains.
Where can I find the Contract Address of my token?
Upon successful minting, the confirmation screen will contain the hash and contract address of the minted token.
Where can I find my tokens after I create them?
The tokens arrive automatically in your connected wallet at the time of creation. (e.g. Metamask wallet)
Why do I not see my created tokens?
Make sure your wallet is connected to the correct corresponding network. For example, if you created on the ETH chain, you need to set your wallet to the Ethereum Mainnet to view your created tokens.
What should I do once I’ve created a token?
If you want to create a successful cryptocurrency, we strongly recommend using other services such as Token Sale, Liquidity & Token Locks, Token Airdrop, and more to come.

Who are Liquidity Locks for?
Liquidity locks are the standard practice for all serious crypto projects looking to build a community and raise external funding. Locking liquidity is effective for brand-new projects and teams that have no prior experience in the industry to help them establish credibility and trust.
How long should I lock my liquidity for?
The longer the better. Long-term locking of liquidity signals your commitment to delivering on what you have promised.
How much of my liquidity should I lock?
If you intend to be the main liquidity provider for a liquidity pool, we recommend locking 80-100% of the total pool value.
What is a cliff? ⛰️
Cliffs are commonly used in company vesting plans. These plans are often four years in length, with a one-year cliff, meaning that an employee does not receive any shares during the first year before starting their vesting schedule, only after the end of year 1.
How do investors, employees and advisors receive their tokens?
Tokens can be withdrawn through our dashboard.
Why can’t I see my tokens?
Make sure you’ve connected your wallet address used by the project during the creation of your vesting contract. If the correct wallet is connected, there should be no issue. In case of further questions, please get in touch with our 24/7 support via Telegram.
